Gluten-free sweet pastry for apple pies

gluten-free apple pie

Ingredients
Butter - 150 grams
Icing Sugar (gluten free) - 150 grams
NZB Gluten Free Pastry Mix - 540 grams
Water - 950 grams
Egg - 150 grams
Water - 120 grams
Vanilla Essence - 50 grams

Method

  1. Cream butter and icing sugar until light
  2. Add gluten free pastry mix and mix to a fine crumb
  3. Add egg, water and vanilla and mix to a smooth dough
  4. Rest in fridge for 15 minutes before using
