What is it?

This nationwide competition brought to you by Baking Industry Association of New Zealand and our sponsors is designed for all bakery apprentices to compete in an industry wide bake-off so the entire industry can watch with envy as these trainees compete for the title.

What does the competition mean to you and your apprentice?

Massive industry exposure for you, your apprentice and your business. Awesome prizes, overall industry wide recognition and loads of fun!

Who can enter?

As long as you are baking in a registered bakery training / workplace environment, and you have not competed in the final in the past two consecutive years, then you can enter! There is no age restriction. You must supply a copy of your training provider's details or a letter from your employer, proving that you are in training and at what level.

  • Fine Food Show - Auckland - Sunday 26th to Tuesday 28th of June
