Do you want to work in an exciting city and China's best Artisan Bakery guided by Global Baker - Dean Brettschneider?

Baker & Spice is Dean's latest project and he is looking for an experienced young craft baker who has cake and pastry skills. You will be working alongside other New Zealanders and Australians within the business and of course working together with local Chinese bakers whom you will guide and train in western style baking. You will be reporting directly to David O'Brien, the bakery director, who is very hands-on within the business. Relocation and salary package will be discussed with the successful shortlisted applicants.
