Swiss Trained Baker seeks baking position

My name is Marc Molleyres and I am 25 years old. I come from Switzerland (from Fribourg, in the west of Switzerland, where we speak French). I did an apprenticeship of baker and pastrycook and now, I have been working for two years in a bakery in Zurich. My bosses truly appreciate my skills, my creativity and my efficiency.I am young and very motivated and now, I am interested in a new challenge. I am looking for a job in New Zealand as baker or as pastrycook (or both). New Zealand is a place where I always dream to live and I would like work here during one year. I would like begin in January 2011 (even before). I already learnt English at school but I would like to learn it more and use it actively.
