Swiss Trained Baker seeks baking position

My name is Marc Molleyres and I am 25 years old. I come from Switzerland (from Fribourg, in the west of Switzerland, where we speak French). I did an apprenticeship of baker and pastrycook and then, I worked for two and a half years in a bakery in Zurich. Now I am working in a swiss bakery near San Fransisco until January.

I am young and very motivated and now, I am interested in a new challenge. I am looking for a job in New Zealand as baker or as pastrycook (or both). New Zealand is a place where I always dream to live and I would like work here during one year. I would like begin in  the end of January 2011. So I will practice my English and discover a new country.
