Aoraki Polytechnic offers full-time bakery and Patisserie courses resulting in a National Certificate in Baking (Level 2) and/or a Certificate in Patisserie (Level 4). These industry focused programmes include work experience, industry visits and studying in specialised bakery facilities, all under the guidance of award winning tutors.
